Our first step is to finalize the sale of the real-estate/building. Then we would like to slowly chip away at the remodel as we get extra cash over the course of the next 2 years. With Immanuel being a General Contractor and owning Superior Builders LLC, we will be able to save on labor costs for the renovation as well as be able to truly design the space the way we want it. We are excited to keep the history in tact all the while giving it a fresh new look with windows for fresh air. Ideally in the future we would love to put a rooftop bar with so badass polly of engraved Lake superior (a skill that Immanuel knows how to do) overlooking town. We are beyond honored for the opportunity to keep it in the Cronberg bloodline for generations to come and to keep`1 The Beaver House honoring our grandparents and parents all the while transforming it into a space that people will enjoy going to and hanging out at. Whether it takes us two years as we have planned or it takes 10, we have the means and financial ability with Kaylee’s salary and Immanuels business salary, once the beaver house restaurant starts making its own money, there will be no stopping us! The North Shore Federal Credit union lent us our first loan back in 2018 and our van loan in 2021. We have a great history with them, and we would be very grateful to the North Shore Federal Credit Union if they would be willing to continue to help us make our dreams come to reality with the financial backing!
